Our Role
Our role was to provide day-to-day project leadership for a major business transformation and IT client-facing initiative. We led all aspects of the transformation and consisted of: planning, analysis, design, development, integration, testing, Help Desk Support team prep/training, deployment, Hypercare Support, and application turnover to the Corporate IT Production Support team. The engagement was approximately 16-months in duration.
